Unused postage is eligible for a full refund in the original currency and amount paid if requested within 48 hours of purchase. The postage must never be used in the mail after a refund is requested.
The final decision to refund is at the sole discretion of our shipping partners.
If we receive a refund from our partner, we refund the cryptocurrency back to you at a wallet address you provide. The full refund process can take multiple weeks, dependent on the processing time of our shipping partners.
Cryptostamps reserves the right to deduct network fees from refunds to cover transaction costs.
Completed cryptocurrency exchanges are not eligible for a refund.
If an exchange takes over 12 hours to complete, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount deposited, in the same currency deposited. The exchange will be cancelled.
