CSV Bulk Postage Order

Cryptostamps makes it easy to order bulk postage by importing a spreadsheet in CSV format.

Domestic USPS only. CSV import currently supports U.S.-to-U.S. USPS shipments. For an international shipment, use the standard order flow so the required customs information can be collected.

Prepare your CSV

Keep a header row in the file. Required columns may appear in any order, and unrecognized extra columns are ignored.

Sender From Name, From Address1, From City, From State, From Zip, From Country
Recipient To Name, To Address1, To City, To State, To Zip, To Country

Information CSV columns When to include them
Dimensions Length(in.), Width(in.), Height(in.) Enter dimensions for custom parcels and whenever the selected package or service requires them.
Weight Weight(Lbs.), Weight(Oz.) Provide the shipment weight using one or both columns. Pounds and ounces are added together.
Address line 2 From Address2, To Address2 Use for an apartment, suite, or unit. Otherwise leave blank or omit these columns.
Phone From Phone, To Phone Optional for most domestic shipments, but some services may require a phone number.

Units: Lengths are inches; weights are pounds and ounces. Enter numbers only, without unit suffixes.

Flexible input: Headers ignore capitalization, surrounding spaces, and punctuation. Carrier, service, and package values are case-insensitive, and surrounding spaces are trimmed from every value.

Address format: Use two-letter U.S. state abbreviations and US as the country code for domestic rows.

Important update: USPS no longer offers "First" or "Parcel Select", you must now use "GroundAdvantage".

When editing in LibreOffice or Excel remember to save it as CSV. We do not support any other format. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist. support@cryptostamps.biz

Valid Values

These are the currently supported domestic values for the "Package Type" and "Service" columns.

Capitalization does not matter (for example, 'priority' and 'Priority' both work).
